1) Favorite romance novel? (THIS IS A TEST) (You can pick romance narrative tho) - haha I like Sarah Dessen novels though I’m not sure if they’re strictly romance…”The Truth About Forever” in any case.

5) Do you dance? - answered this before; nope. :( it’s quite tragic.

6) Favorite kink or trope in fic? - when the characters are in a situation where space is limited (closet, sharing a bed) and they’re all awkward but carrying on a sweet conversation… :D

7) LEAST favorite kink or trope in fic? ugh I have so many; most of my problems are with messed up character dynamics (OTT-ness or sudden shyness/subservience).

11) Funniest memory? - well it just randomly popped into my mind, but years back my sisters and I were all camping out in the same room for a ~sleepover, and one of them told a funny story. I started to laugh a lot and I couldn’t stop; I’m not really much of a laughing person, but here I was in the dark, screaming with laughter. my poor sisters were convinced I was possessed and were so scared and shaking me to stop and jakhdjkafkak I am giggling as I’m typing this because they were legitimately terrified. XD

1) What is your favourite pasttime (not internet related) - reading, no doubt about it.

2) How often do you think about your future? - every single day…I’m very good at sending myself into downward mental spirals because of how often I think about it haha.

3) Siblings - do you have any? How do you get along? - 3 younger baby siblings who are my best friends; I’m a pretty horrible big sister, I cause them a lot of grief honestly, but it’s a testament to their God-given perfection that they still like me. :)

4) The most offensive movie you’ve ever seen? - can I say something offensive to my intelligence? because Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon wins without a doubt. o______o please don’t watch it, it’s not so-bad-it’s-good, it’s so-bad-you-can’t-keep-your-eyes-on-the-screen.

5) Scariest memory? - I don’t have very many truthfully…I guess when one of my sisters nearly died back when she was in middle school, although I refused to believe she would so I don’t know if I was actually scared or just insanely hopeful.

6) If you could spend one day with your favourite celebrity, what would you plan? Who would it be? - ahahaha hmmmmm, let’s guess who Pika would choose? it’d be Ranbir of course and I’d spend the day introducing his face to my face because the only time we’d ever meet would be in dreams and there I can go from prude to crude. :) also I’d sign a deal and make my official Bollywood debut~.

7) Do you dance like nobody’s watching? - I don’t dance. at all. I feel like I should have my desi card revoked because I cannot and will not dance even when I’m alone lol.

8) Do you show openly your affection? - yessss, I especially love hugs!

9) How do you handle embarassing situations? I laugh them off. sometimes I randomly remember the oddest and most awkward scenarios just for fun so I can laugh a bit.

10) What is your dream job? - cardiologist/novelist/Disney screenwriter/full-time rajkumari

11) What movie would you like to live in? Why? - I answered this question before: it’s a character’s place I’d like to take, not find a place in the general movie setting.

1.) A childhood memory that you will always remember? - there is a looooong list, meri adaasht both achi hai…I think maybe the one time my nani visited us in the U.S. and she was sitting with my mom in the hallway just talking, and I had my head in her lap…not a very exciting memory but I like it anyways. :)

2.) Have you ever had a pet? - never, which caused some problems whenever my siblings and I ran into dogs or cats in the neighborhood; we were always petrified haha.

3.) Ever tried to or thought of self-harming? - never, I’m not good with physical pain anyways.

4.) Which era would you like to go to? - can I be a Rajput princess in India when Akbar was king? ;) no but really, I love living in this time period; I would only visit other eras for a week tops.

5.) Last movie you saw and what you thought of it? - half of Fiza last night, and it’s ok so far…turns out it’s a woman-driven film which is nice.

6.) If you were an animal, what would you be? - tigress, most definitely~.

7.) What is your usual daily routine? - wake up, attend classes (except not anymore, last ones finished today!), then come home and eat/do work/sleep.

3) Do you think Bollywood is better than reality? - well the films that offer escapist happy endings sure are, but you find that in animanga and Hollywood too; I’d say fiction in general is better than reality (can I please live in a shoujo manga, I would have a boyfriend in no time).

4) Would you like to live in a BW movie? in which movie? - I don’t care about living in the films as much as I would like to live one of the characters’ lives.

5) What do you watch beside BW movies? - basically everything else! I love television and film in general.

6) Would you like to watch other Asian movies, like Japanese, Korean, etc.? - I already do. :)

7) What do you think of Item numbers/songs? - I don’t have a problem with them really? I mean you have got issues like male gaze factoring in, and I’m not really the target of most item songs so there are quite a few I feel uncomfortable watching. however if the music is catchy and it’s not just a skin showcase, it can be entertaining to watch.

8) If you like item numbers, which item song is your favourite? - hmmm, well just going by the song itself, I’d say Beedi from Omkara…for a picturization, I like a number of them; Kajra Re springs to mind (I know quite a few people who would disapprove heh).

9) I don’t know what to ask you, so how are you? - lol, I’m good but really hungry, so I’m about to step out to get lots of food from the dining hall.

10) Do you like classic BW movies? If so, who is your favourite actor/actress? - I LOVE THEM :D truthfully, I learned from tumblr that films like DDLJ and KKHH were standard childhood fare for most desi kids, but I was raised on films like Nagina and Tum Haseen Mein Jawan, etc etc. I love most of the classic actors and actresses.

A book you want to read/have recently read. I am reading The Silmarillion right now and OMG EVERYONE READ IT BECAUSE IT IS THE SECONDARY WORLD/WORLD-BUILDING MASTERPIECE OF ALL LITERATURE *_______* but I was at Barnes and Noble today and I want the entire History of Middle-earth collection because it’s basically a look into how Tolkien constructed Middle-earth and you don’t understand it’s like looking into the mind of an author and actually tracing his thought process and forget Tolkien I love seeing any artist go through their mental process and um yes I will stop showing my obsessive love for literature now
